Personalized Digital Products
Our products are personalized digital creations, made uniquely for each customer. As these products are custom-made, they are not delivered instantly. However, once the personalization process is completed and the digital product has been delivered, we do not offer refunds or accept returns.
Order Cancellations
We understand that sometimes changes are necessary. If you need to cancel your order, you may do so as long as the order has not yet been completed. In such cases, you will receive a full refund for your order. Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
How to Request a Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been completed, please contact our customer support team at hello@giftstoprint.com with your order details. We will process your cancellation request promptly and issue a refund to your original payment method.
